Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Bid/Proposals Architect to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site role where the successful candidate will lead and contribute to the development of comprehensive proposals for architectural and engineering projects. Responsibilities include designing and presenting innovative architectural proposals, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, managing integration of technical inputs, ensuring compliance with client requirements, and overseeing proposal timelines and deliverables. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with stakeholders to understand project scopes and objectives while maintaining alignment with company standards and values.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Bids/Proposals, Project Management and Architecture
- Proficiency in Project Management, including coordinating multidisciplinary teams and meeting deadlines
- Ability to deliver creative and practical architectural proposal designs, write methodologies and create project time frames, and price breakdowns / schedules that align with client needs and requirements
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with sustainability practices and cultural considerations in design is a plus
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Architecture or a related field
- Between 6-9 years experience in a similar role within large-scale architectural or engineering projects
