Key Responsibilities
- Contributes to the planning, organizing, directing, and monitoring of all material and human resources and capabilities, and to their development, compensation, and retention.
- Develops and reviews the salary and grade structure.
- Establishes a mechanism for determining fair pay for recruitment, promotion, annual increases, and others.
- Contributes to the review of the medical insurance policy for employees.
- Provides the necessary work regarding the analysis of fair pay for jobs in the targeted sectors and those similar to the nature of the organization’s work.
- Delivers workforce cost and total benefits analysis activities.
- Develops tasks for studying and analyzing the impact of benefits and compensation on the organization.
- Establishes procedures for periodically reviewing benefits and compensation and ensuring the effectiveness of what the organization provides to employees.
- Contributes to activities related to reviewing and analyzing performance indicators concerning employee retention, employee turnover, employee mobility, and employee engagement to develop benefits and compensation.
- Develops the preparation and updating of the incentives and rewards strategy.
- Develops the preparation of promotion criteria in coordination with the relevant departments in the agency.
- Establishes procedures to ensure the organization’s continued commitment to providing direct compensation and achieving job security.
- Complies with the organization’s work controls and conduct, cybersecurity policies, and procedures related to the organizational unit.
- Performs any other tasks assigned by direct supervisors.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a relevant field.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or any related field.
