The right person should be familiar with the latest in mixology, bar equipment, and sanitation standards, with a focus on maintaining an attractive bar.

Qualifications
Previous experience as a Bartender in a luxury restaurant or high-end bar, with a focus on crafting premium cocktails and beverages.
In-depth knowledge of mixology, spirits, wines, and beverages, including classic cocktails and contemporary trends.
Previous experience in aleadershiprole within a high-end establishment, overseeing a team of bartenders and support staff.
Strong organizational skills to manage schedules, delegate tasks effectively, and maintain a cohesive team.
Strong customer service skills, with the ability to engage with guests, understand their preferences, and provide personalized recommendations.
Familiarity withcash handlingprocedures, point-of-sale systems, and basic math skills for accurate transactions.
Flexibilityto work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required in the hotel industry.
Bartending certification or relevant training is preferred, but not mandatory.
