We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Banking & Finance Lawyer to join our leading UK international law firm in Riyadh. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to work on complex banking and finance transactions within a dynamic, global legal environment, providing expert legal advice to prestigious clients across the region.
Responsibilities:
– Advise clients on a broad range of banking and finance matters, including syndicated loans, project finance, acquisition finance, and Islamic finance transactions banking, debt capital markets and financial regulation.
– Draft, review, and negotiate complex financial contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with applicable laws and client interests.
– Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to structure innovative financial solutions tailored to client needs.
– Stay up-to-date with legal developments in banking and finance law to provide proactive strategic advice.
– Lead and mentor junior lawyers and support staff to foster professional growth and high-quality service delivery.
– Represent the firm and clients in negotiations, meetings, and business development initiatives to strengthen client relationships.
