Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst / QA Manager to join a leading banking project with QNB in Qatar. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in business analysis, quality assurance, and strategic planning within complex, multi-functional environments.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of experience
- At least 5 years in a major bank or multinational organization
- Minimum 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong track record as a Senior Business Analyst in complex organizations
- Strong analytical mindset with QA evaluation expertise
- Experience handling sensitive and confidential information
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
