Roles, Responsibilities, Duties Qualification:
Security Operations:
• Monitor, control, and regulate access to community premises in compliance with internal policies and local regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter, detect, and report suspicious activities or safety and security concerns.
• Operate and monitor security systems such as CCTV, alarms, and access control systems.
• Incident & Emergency Management.
• Respond immediately to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
Incident & Emergency Management:
• Respond immediately to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
• Coordinate with relevant local authorities (Police, Civil Defence, ambulance services) when required.
• Conduct preliminary investigations and prepare clear, accurate incident and investigation reports.
Compliance & Regulatory Requirements:
• Ensure compliance with UAE laws, Abu Dhabi regulations, and Civil Defence safety standards.
• Support implementation of emergency response plans, evacuation drills, and fire safety procedures.
• Assist with internal and external security audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
Service Provider Management, Administrative & Reporting Duties
• Maintain daily logs, incident reports, and shift handover records.
• Escalate security risks or repeated incidents to management with recommendations for mitigation.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive and security-related information.
• Monitor Security service provider performance, manning, reporting, analyzing logs, incident trends, liaison point of reporting and updating on incidents to management.
• Keeping oneself updated about latest updates to regulations concerning Security Management locally and international best practices.
Qualification:
Educational Qualification
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred in business administration, security, safety, or a related discipline Is an advantage.
IT Skills
• Microsoft office suite, Basic computer literacy for reports and system usage. Working knowledge of security systems and safety procedures.
Experience
• 5-8 years of experience in Community Management, preferably in mixed-use developments or large-scale developments.
• Prior experience in a senior, lead, or supervisory security role is preferred.
• In-depth understanding of community living concepts, owner association management, and relevant local and international real estate regulations.
• Proven expertise in strategic planning, financial/budget management, and leading large, diverse teams to deliver operational excellence.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in Community Management Industry in Abu Dhabi or Dubai.
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi and UAE security
regulations is highly desirable
