We are currently seeking a Senior Research Associate consultant to work closely with the Managing Partners on delivering key searches within our niche sectors and growing relationships with our key accounts and most trusted clients.
BWP (Beresford Wilson & Partners) elevates the traditions of real estate and critical infrastructure development to bring the smart cities of tomorrow to life today. We play an active role in mega mixed-use real estate projects, the energy transition, renewable energy adoption and the development of critical infrastructure.

Responsibilities include:
Identifying, sourcing and qualifying candidates
Conducting face-to-face and online/phone interviews
Cultivating and expanding candidate and client relationships
Managing job adverts, social media and CRM to build pro active talent pools
Proactively sourcing leads, market intel and targets
Conducting market research on the region and our sectors
Engaging in new business development through lead generation
Account management
CRM management
Marketing to client and candidate networks

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
A positive, proactive, determined, and resilient attitude
A will to win and a competitive spirit
1-4 years of experience in sales, customer service, recruitment, or account management,
A passion for or experience within any of our sectors eg renewables, real estate, infrastructure is an advantage
Excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and additional languages are advantageous
Attention to detail and strong multitasking abilities
Ambition, drive, and self-motivation
Coachable, willingness to learn and grow
