Senior Architect Design Engineer
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.
Must have 8 years of experience in the field of design in engineering offices, preferably experienced with Saudi Building Code & Market.
Experienced in design and concept design in commercial projects (Offices, Malls, commercial squares, gas stations, schools, etc.), as well as residential projects (houses, multi-story buildings & apartment buildings).
Experience in 3D modeling and working through all design stages: concept, facades, and renders.
Willingness and spirit ofinnovationand uniqueness withmodernand unique designs that keep pace withmodernconstruction.
Fluent in executing architectural plans.
Excellent in Revit architecture and knowledgeable about BIM modeling (LOD 300 – LOD 350 – LOD 400).
Familiar with the requirements and issuance of licenses and permits.
Ability to manage architectural tasks, distribute, and master conceptual designs.
Fluent in using architectural drawing programs such as Revit, AutoCAD, Enscape & 3D Max.
Fluent in both Arabic and English (reading, speaking, and writing).
