Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Architect to lead design development and ensure successful project delivery from concept through construction, maintaining design excellence and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design from concept to completion
- Prepare and review drawings, specifications, and 3D models
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors
- Ensure design integrity during construction phases
- Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress
- Ensure compliance with design standards and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture
Experience Required
- 6–10 years of UAE experience in architectural design and project management
Skills Required
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, and design tools
- Strong project management and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and design accuracy
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
Preferred / Nice‑to‑Have Skills
- Experience in large‑scale construction projects
- Knowledge of local authority regulations
Industry Preference
