Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Architect Engineer role located in Riyadh. The Senior Architect Engineer will be responsible for project management, civil engineering, construction oversight, and teamworkcollaboration to ensure successful project delivery.
General Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in architecture or interior design from a reputable University.
Broad knowledge of at least ten (10) years of experience in the Design and Construction side.
Experience of at least 7 years in the KSA.
Updated knowledge of design software as well as common software, Excel & Word.
Track record of working with both Consultants & contractors a Plus
.
Well-versed in spoken and written English. The Arabic language is a Plus
.
Knowledge of Interior design is a plus
.
Basic knowledge of BIM is a plus
.
Specific Requirements
To manage the Architecture requirements of various projects.
Support the tendering department’s technical proposals during the Tendering process.
Manage office Architects/draftsmen.
Manage and oversee all coordination between various design consultants.
Manage and oversee the production of shop drawings.
Manage coordination between various trades.
Manage the process of submitting and approval of contractors’ shop drawings.
Be familiar with local procurement and ability to manage materials procurement, submittals, approvals, and procurement issues.
Producing own design concepts is a plus
.
Producing & managing Client presentations is a plus
.
