Job Responsibilities
Identify and develop revenue-generating opportunities for renting out plant machinery and equipment to external clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, suppliers, and business partners to expand the company’s equipment rental portfolio.
Strategize and execute marketing plans to promote the company’s equipment rental business and increase market visibility.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, potential clients, and opportunities for expanding the equipment rental business.
Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring profitability and long-term partnerships.
Evaluate and recommend strategic investments in new machinery and equipment to meet market demands and drive growth.
Strategic Development
Identify new markets and business diversification opportunities to enhance revenue streams and strengthen market presence.
Monitor competitor activities and market developments to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative.
Client Relationship Management
Foster strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and high customer satisfaction.
Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their requirements are met efficiently and effectively.
Budgeting and Reporting
Prepare and manage budgets for business development activities and rental operations.
Track and report on business performance metrics, including revenue, client acquisition, and market share growth.
Present detailed reports to senior management on the progress and success of business initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 10 years of experience in plant and rental management, preferably in construction or related industries.
Expertise in heavy equipment, maintenance, and optimization.
Familiarity with transportation regulations and compliance.
Proficiency in budget preparation and operational reporting.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED11,000.00 – AED13,000.00 per month
