Senior Architect – Authority Coordination & Dubai Municipality
Location: Dubai, UAE
Retaj Engineering Consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join our team immediately.
The successful candidate must have proven experience in independently managing projects from design development through Dubai Municipality authority approval, including coordination with all engineering disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare complete architectural drawings in accordance with Dubai Municipality regulations.
- Coordinate Architectural, Structural, and MEP drawings to ensure compliance before submission.
- Prepare complete authority submission packages.
- Submit projects through the Dubai Municipality system and follow up until final approval.
- Review and respond to authority comments and coordinate all required revisions.
- Coordinate with clients, Structural Engineers, MEP Engineers, and government authorities throughout the approval process.
- Ensure all drawings comply with applicable codes and authority requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of UAE Engineering Consultancy experience.
- Proven experience obtaining Dubai Municipality approvals.
- Excellent knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations and authority submission procedures.
- Strong coordination skills between Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Good working knowledge of Revit Architecture.
- Experience in residential and villa projects.
- Arabic speaker preferred.
- Immediate joining is an advantage.
Important
