We provide integrated architectural, engineering, planning, and consultancy services, offering a “one-stop solution” to support our clients across the full project lifecycle. Our portfolio spans residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, retail, and healthcare sectors.
We are currently looking for a highly qualified Senior Architect to join our team at our Khobar Head Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop architectural designs from concept to detailed stages
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and project requirements
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (civil, structural, MEP, etc.)
- Utilize BIM tools (Revit) for design development and coordination
- Review and resolve design issues and ensure quality deliverables
- Support project timelines, client requirements, and design standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (Master’s degree preferred)
- 8–12 years of relevant experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in a design office in Saudi Arabia
- Strong proficiency in Revit (BIM)
- Solid understanding of architectural standards and local regulations
- Excellent design, coordination, and communication skills
- Portfolio must be submitted along with CV
