Job Description:
Develop initial cost estimates for architectural works and designs, ensuring alignment with quality standards and project deadlines.
Support the preparation of tender documentation for bidding processes.
Collaborate with consultants and monitor their deliverables within defined authority limits.
Review and verify architectural, structural, and electromechanical drawings to identify and resolve any design conflicts.
Contribute to the technical direction and support of the project team.
Perform any additional tasks that might be necessary for easier workflow, within the mainframe of the job’s specialty
Job Requitements:
Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
5–8 years of experience in architectural design and development.
Proficient in using software such as AutoCAD, MS Office, SketchUp, Photoshop, or their
equivalents.
