EDMAC Engineering Consultancy – Fujairah, UAE
EDMAC Engineering Consultancy is looking for an experienced Arab Female Senior Architectural Design Engineer to join our team immediately.
Requirements:
- Arab female Architectural Engineer with 7+ years of experience in Architectural Consultancy in Fujairah, UAE.
- Strong experience in High-Rise Buildings and large-scale architectural projects.
- Excellent skills in Concept Design, Design Development, 3D Visualization, and Architectural Presentations.
- Proven experience managing projects from Concept Design through Authority Approvals and Tender Stage.
- Strong knowledge of Fujairah Municipality requirements, local authority regulations, submission procedures, and approval processes.
- Excellent coordination skills with Structural, MEP, Civil, and other engineering disciplines.
- Strong understanding of client requirements, project briefs, design objectives, and consultant coordination.
- Excellent client communication, presentation, and design proposal skills.
- Experience in preparing and reviewing architectural drawings, specifications, materials, and tender documents.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion / Enscape, and Adobe Photoshop.
- UAE Engineering Consultancy experience is mandatory.
