Position Vacant : Telesales cum Document Controller (Females preferred)
Location: Dubai Branch
Salary Package:AED 2,500 to AED 3,500 per month
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:-
Telesales Executive:
Lead Generation & Conversion:-
Make high-volume outbound calls to potential clients and generate sales leads
Promote and sell company products/services effectively
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
Handle customer objections and provide solutions confidently
Follow up with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer retention.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Address customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services.
Document Controller:
Document Handling & Attestation:
Review and verify documents for accuracy, authenticity, and compliance with relevant regulations.
Coordinate with government authorities, legal representatives, and clients to process and attest documents.
Ensure all documents are processed efficiently and in accordance with internal and external standards.
Manage and process documents for MOFA, embassy, and international attestation.
Ensure all documents are accurately verified, attested, and delivered on time.
Coordination with Vendors & Authorities:
Liaise with vendors, embassies, MOFA, and other relevant authorities to facilitate the attestation process.
Track and monitor the progress of document processing to ensure timely completion.
Record Keeping & Organization:
Maintain accurate records of all documents and correspondence.
Ensure proper filing and organization of both physical and digital documents.
Maintain and organize records of attested documents.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales/cold calling (preferred)
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Confidence in handling objections and closing sales
Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi etc.
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and data management
Highly organized with attention to detail in documentation
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
