Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to resolving incidents.
Ability to engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders across business and IT teams.
Education
and
Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Certifications in ITIL or related frameworks are highly desirable.
Preferred Experience:
Five years experience in supporting and troubleshooting enterprise-level business applications.
Proven record of accomplishment in handling capital market systems or financial services applications.
