Immediate Joiners Needed – Hair Stylists
We are looking for talented, creative, and detail-oriented Hair Stylists to join our team at a high-end ladies’ salon. We are hiring for both Senior and Junior Hair Stylist positions.
The ideal candidates should be passionate about hair, committed to delivering high-quality services, and able to provide excellent client consultations and customer service.
Key ResponsibilitiesService Delivery
- Perform a full range of professional hair services, including:
- Precision haircuts
- Hair coloring, including highlights, balayage, and corrective color
- Advanced styling and blow-dry
- Hair treatments, including keratin, permanent waves, and other treatments
- Provide scalp massages and deep-conditioning treatments.
- Perform specialized services such as bridal hairstyles, braiding, and hair extensions when requested.
- Maintain consistently high standards of quality, finish, and client satisfaction.
Hygiene & Safety
- Follow strict sanitation and sterilization procedures for all tools, towels, capes, and workstations.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized work environment.
- Advise clients on proper hair and scalp care and recommend suitable solutions for dryness, damage, and breakage.
Client Relations & Sales
- Conduct professional consultations based on the client’s hair type, lifestyle, and desired results.
- Recommend suitable services, treatments, and home-care products.
- Build and maintain loyal clientele through professionalism and excellent communication.
Operational Support
- Keep the styling station clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Assist with monitoring inventory and report low-stock items to the supervisor.
Requirements Senior Hair Stylist
- Minimum 5 years of professional salon experience.
- Strong expertise in cutting, coloring, styling, and advanced hair treatments.
- High-end salon experience is preferred.
- Creative, trend-aware, and able to customize looks according to each client’s preferences.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Must be an Arab national.
- Fluent in English.
- Existing clientele is an advantage.
Junior Hair Stylist
- Minimum 2 years of salon experience.
- Strong basic skills in cutting, coloring, styling, and hair treatments.
- Willingness to learn and develop advanced technical skills.
- Creative, motivated, and customer-focused.
- Candidates of any nationality are welcome to apply.
- Good English communication skills are required.
Compensation
- Salary and benefits will be discussed during the interview and will depend on the candidate’s experience, technical skills, and existing clientele, if applicable.

يجب أن يكون المتقدم/ة شغوفاً بمجال الشعر، ملتزماً بتقديم خدمات عالية الجودة، وقادراً على تقديم استشارات احترافية وخدمة عملاء متميزة.
المهام والمسؤولياتتقديم الخدمات
- تنفيذ مجموعة كاملة من خدمات الشعر، بما في ذلك:
- قصات الشعر الاحترافية والدقيقة
- صبغات الشعر، بما في ذلك الهايلايت، البالياج وتصحيح الألوان
- التصفيف المتقدم وتجفيف الشعر (Blow Dry)
- علاجات الشعر مثل الكيراتين، التمويج الدائم وغيرها
- تقديم مساج لفروة الرأس وعلاجات الترطيب العميق.
- تنفيذ خدمات متخصصة مثل تسريحات العرائس، الضفائر وتركيب وصلات الشعر عند الطلب.
- الحفاظ على مستوى عالٍ وثابت من الجودة والنتائج في جميع الخدمات المقدمة.
النظافة والسلامة
- الالتزام بإجراءات التعقيم والنظافة الصارمة للأدوات والمناشف والكاب ومحطة العمل.
- الحفاظ على بيئة عمل نظيفة ومرتبة وآمنة.
- تقديم النصائح المناسبة للعملاء حول العناية بالشعر وفروة الرأس واقتراح الحلول لمشاكل الجفاف والتلف والتقصف.
خدمة العملاء والمبيعات
- إجراء استشارات احترافية للعملاء بناءً على نوع الشعر وأسلوب الحياة والنتيجة المطلوبة.
- اقتراح الخدمات والعلاجات ومنتجات العناية المنزلية المناسبة.
- بناء والحفاظ على قاعدة عملاء مخلصين من خلال الاحترافية والتواصل الممتاز.
الدعم التشغيلي
- الحفاظ على محطة العمل نظيفة ومرتبة ومجهزة بالكامل.
- المساعدة في متابعة المخزون وإبلاغ المشرف عند انخفاض المنتجات أو الأدوات.
المتطلباتمصفف/ة شعر أول (Senior Hair Stylist)
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في صالونات التجميل.
- خبرة قوية في قص الشعر، التلوين، التصفيف وعلاجات الشعر المتقدمة.
- يفضل وجود خبرة في صالونات راقية.
- شخصية مبدعة ومتابعة لأحدث صيحات الشعر مع القدرة على تصميم إطلالات مخصصة لكل عميلة.
- مهارات ممتازة في خدمة العملاء والتواصل.
- يشترط أن يكون المتقدم/ة من الجنسية العربية.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بطلاقة.
- وجود قاعدة عملاء حالية يعتبر ميزة إضافية.
مصفف/ة شعر مبتدئ (Junior Hair Stylist)
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في صالونات التجميل.
- مهارات جيدة في قص الشعر، التلوين، التصفيف وعلاجات الشعر الأساسية.
- الرغبة في التعلم وتطوير المهارات الفنية المتقدمة.
- شخصية مبدعة، طموحة وتركز على رضا العملاء.
- جميع الجنسيات مرحب بها للتقديم.
- يشترط القدرة على التواصل باللغة الإنجليزية بشكل جيد.
الراتب والمزايا
سيتم مناقشة الراتب والمزايا خلال المقابلة، ويعتمد ذلك على الخبرة والمهارات الفنية ووجود قاعدة عملاء حالية، إن وجدت.
