Role Overview:
We seek an experienced AI and Machine Learning developer with a strong background in Applied Mathematics and a passion for crypto. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building and fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) to contribute to our next-generation AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and fine-tune machine learning models, especially LLMs and predictive models.
Create robust training datasets for LLMs and predictive models, implementing strategies for data augmentation and preprocessing.
Utilize tools such as Hugging Face, GCP Vertex
AI, Llama3, and Gemini for model development and deployment.
Collaborate with data engineering to optimize data pipelines for machine learning applications.
Monitor model performance in production, ensuring accuracy and minimal drift.
Communicate technical details and project updates effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Stay informed about the latest research and trends in machine learning and incorporate relevant advancements into projects.
Minimum Qualifications:
Advanced degree in Engineering, Technology, or Applied Mathematics.
At least 6 years of hands-on experience with Python in machine learning and data analysis.
Proven expertise with machine learning libraries and platforms such as Hugging Face, GCP Vertex
AI, Llama3, Gemini, CrewAI, Lang Chain, Docker, PHP, Laravel, and Python.
Strong understanding of building and fine-tuning LLMs.
Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
Knowledge of vector databases and training dataset construction.
Excellent problem-solving skills and innovative thinking in machine learning techniques.
Desired Skills and Attributes:
Problem-solving mindset and self-motivation.
Experience with Docker, PHP, and a strong engineering background in Data and AI.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
High attention to detail and commitment to high-quality code and models.
Ability to work collaboratively and independently, familiar with version control systems like Git.
Knowledge of cloud platforms, containerization, orchestration tools, and model interpretability techniques.
