Senior Administrator – Property Management Jobs in Dubai, UAE at Ejadah
Senior Administrator – Property Management Implement an accurate databases and filing system to maintain records of all departmental correspondence, documents & reports.
Update, maintain and store departmental and individual employee files and departmental documents in a confidential manner for documentation and record purposes ensuring easy retrieval.
Assist employees with requests on certificates, letters, salary advances, leave/business, to ensure all administrative support is offered to staff timely and efficiently.
Coordinate training nominations for all employees and
communication
with staff and the Training Section for successful training programs for employees.
Handle all internal and external correspondences for the department, ensuring follow up and dispatch of the same.
Type internal correspondences, memos, reports, and prepare presentations seeking inputs from the respective team members.
Coordinate and schedule departmental meetings, prepare meeting agendas, follow up on attendance, and record minutes of meetings.
Offer general administrative support to managers/team members in various projects as and when required.
Follow up on messages, issues, and carry out various administrative tasks through effective coordination to ensure completion.
Prepare requests for consumables, verify delivery receipts, follow up on ordering and outstanding short supplied items, ensuring stock levels are monitored in a timely manner and appropriate logs are kept on items.
Maintain stationary/pantry inventory and records, and manage petty cash flow to ensure that adequate supply of items is maintained at all times.
Verify and consolidate monthly telephone expenses.
Minimum Qualifications
and Knowledge: A levels or equivalent.
Computer literacy in MS Office – Word and Excel, knowledge in using fax, scanner, photocopier etc.
Minimum Experience:
2-3 years experience in general administration area.
