The Senior Administration Officer is the senior administration role for the whole Group and owns general administration, office and facilities management, and the tracking that holds administration together. The role leads the admin team and reception, keeps the Group’s premises, services and records running, and maintains the registers and trackers that ensure no renewal, permit or expiry is ever missed.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ administration and office-management experience in the UAE, of which at least 2 years supervising a team
Demonstrable knowledge of UAE government and PRO processes (visa, licence and Emirates ID renewals, permits).
Proven facilities and vendor coordination experience
Strong organisation and tracking discipline, with a record of maintaining accurate registers and never missing a renewal or expiry
Competence in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel and SharePoint).
Sound written and spoken English communication
Key responsibilities:
Office and facilities management
Administrative support and team supervision
Records and document administration
Asset and inventory tracking
Vehicle and fleet administration
Government and PRO liaison support
Travel and logistics for staff
Administrative procurement support
Contract and renewal tracking
Provide regular administrative reporting to the Chief Corporate Services Officer.
Pay: AED6,000.00 – AED10,000.00 per month
