Fundamental Hospitality is looking to hire an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in the Head Office in Dubai.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2‑4 years accounting experience, preferably in hospitality / restaurant environment or similar F&B businesses.
- Fluency in French & English.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing processes.
- Good understanding of international accounting practices, with the ability to work across different regulatory and operational environments.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting / ERP systems.
- Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, integrity, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to busy restaurant business rhythms.
