About SwissPro
SwissPro Business Solutions is a leading corporate services provider based in Dubai, assisting international clients with company formation, accounting, tax, compliance, visas and business advisory services.
We are currently looking for a Senior Accountant who is fluent in both French and English to join our team in Dubai.
This position is unique: while you will be based in our Dubai office, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the financial reporting of one of our largest international clients operating in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).
Key Responsibilities
- Review and supervise the accounting work performed by the accounting team in the DRC.
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness and reliability of financial information.
- Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports for the company owner and senior management.
- Produce clear management reports including:
- Cash flow analysis
- Profit & Loss analysis
- Balance Sheet review
- Budget monitoring
- Stock and inventory analysis
- Working capital monitoring
- Financial KPIs
- Identify accounting inconsistencies, risks and areas for improvement.
- Liaise daily with the accounting team in the Congo.
- Explain financial results to management in a simple and practical manner.
- Assist management with budgeting, forecasting and strategic financial planning.
- Review accounting procedures and internal controls.
- Coordinate with auditors when required.
- Support the implementation and improvement of accounting systems and processes.
Travel
The successful candidate may be required to travel occasionally to the Democratic Republic of Congo to:
- Meet the local finance team.
- Understand existing accounting processes.
- Review internal controls.
- Improve financial reporting procedures.
- Ensure accounting standards are consistently applied.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ accounting experience.
- Experience in financial reporting and management accounting.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Strong knowledge of Excel.
- Experience with accounting software (ERP experience is a strong advantage).
- Ability to analyse large volumes of financial data.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and report directly to senior management.
Languages
Mandatory
- Fluent French
- Fluent English
Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

Pay: AED2,975.78 – AED10,135.32 per month
