Job Summary
Noor Deira Steel is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to manage accounting activities related to procurement, sales, trading operations, inventory, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting expertise, excellent analytical skills, and extensive experience in trading and commercial businesses. The candidate must also be proficient in utilizing AI technologies to improve financial analysis, reporting, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Monitor and reconcile procurement, sales, trading, and inventory transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor cash flow, profitability, and financial performance.
- Ensure accurate recording of purchase orders, supplier invoices, customer invoices, and inventory movements.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, warehouse, and management teams.
- Manage VAT compliance, tax filings, and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial controls and operational efficiency.
