What you'll own:
– Full-cycle accounting, bank reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring
– VAT & Corporate Tax compliance (UAE regulatory filings, zero-penalty track record expected)
– Inventory reconciliation and import/export logistics coordination
– Freight forwarding and shipping documentation across our distribution network
– HR administration — contracts, visas, PRO coordination, and monthly payroll
– Vendor management, contract negotiation, and renewals
– MIS reporting, budgeting support, and audit readiness
You're a fit if you:
✅ Have solid UAE accounting experience (VAT/Corporate Tax non-negotiable)
✅ Are comfortable wearing multiple hats – finance, HR ops, and logistics in one seat
✅ Think in KPIs: 100% accuracy, 5-day month-end close, zero-variance stock counts
✅ Want ownership, not just a checklist
