With our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and ambitious Senior Accountant / Accounting Manager who wants to build a long-term career within a dynamic and expanding Swiss company.
Location
Dubai – Office located next to Dubai Mall Metro Station
Modern offices with an international team of approximately 10 professionals.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
09:00 AM – 06:00 PM
Immediate joining preferred.

Your ResponsibilitiesInternal Accounting
You will be fully responsible for the accounting activities of SwissPro Business Solutions, including:
- Daily bookkeeping
- Bank reconciliations
- Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
- Monthly and year-end closing
- Financial reporting
- VAT Returns
- Corporate Tax preparation and filing
- Cash flow monitoring
- Budget and expense control
Client Accounting
SwissPro has incorporated approximately hundred UAE companies.
Many of these clients rely on us for their accounting and tax compliance.
You will assist with:
- Bookkeeping
- VAT compliance
- Corporate Tax administration
- Journal entries and accounting adjustments
- Government reporting
- Financial record maintenance
- Client accounting support
Operational Support
SwissPro combines accounting with company formation and corporate services.
Our Operations Team frequently requires invoices, accounting documents and financial information on very short notice.
You will therefore work closely with multiple departments and will be expected to:
- Prepare invoices quickly and accurately
- Support Operations and Management
- Organise accounting files efficiently
- Respond rapidly to internal requests
- Maintain high accuracy under pressure
Speed, organisation and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience
- UAE accounting experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of VAT and UAE Corporate Tax
- Experience using accounting software (Zoho Books is a strong advantage)
- Good written and spoken English
- Additional languages are considered an advantage
