Job Description
Description
Prepare financial statements of all projects for submission.
Update ERP accounting systems on all documents, progress invoices, and receipt various project packages.
Provide necessary additional supporting reports to auditors.
Coordinate with auditors for the release of the annual zakat certificate.
Prepare yearly depreciation of assets.
Monthly preparation of AP, AR, and IR aging.
Prepare e-banking payments to all suppliers.
Prepare & process monthly salaries of workers under Ministry of Labor regulation.
Follow up on payments on various progress invoices of projects.
Reconciliation of bank balances, accounts payable, & accounts receivable.
Supervise & designate work schedules to accountants to meet monthly reports.
Monthly filing and payment of VAT return.
Preparation of monthly/quarterly projection report.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS &
EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s/Diploma in Accounts, Finance, or relevant field.
06-08 years of experience as a Senior Accountant.
