Key Responsibilities
First: Financial Management
- Prepare monthly financial statements.
- Prepare executive reports for management.
- Prepare and analyze cash flows.
- Prepare budget estimates.
- Monitor profitability for each project.
- Analyze financial variances.
Second: Liquidity Management
- Monitor daily collections.
- Prepare cash flow plans for 90 days.
- Prioritize payments.
- Manage working capital.
- Monitor daily liquidity.
Third: Project Management
- Monitor project costs.
- Compare budget to actual costs.
- Track disbursements.
- Analyze profitability of each project.
- Issue weekly reports.
Fourth: Financial Control
- Review all expenditures.
- Approve purchase orders.
- Monitor contracts and funds.
- Reconcile bank accounts.
- Track receivables and payables.
Fifth: Reporting
Prepare the following reports:
- Daily CEO Dashboard
- Weekly Executive Report
- Monthly Financial Report
- Cash Flow Report
- Project Profitability Report
- KPI Dashboard
