Job Description:

Prepare monthly financial reports as required Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes Maintain the financial schedules including fixed asset schedules, prepaid schedules, and other provision related schedules Manage the complete general ledger cycle, including journal entries, reconciliations and adjustments Oversee the Accounts Payable processes and ensure timely invoice processing and reconciliations Accurate posting of sales invoices and reconciliations with supporting documents Monitor expense allocations, identify discrepancies and ensure expenses are recorded in the correct profit/cost centers Maintain the fixed asset register Reconciliation of cash, payables and receivables Ensure proper archiving of documents as per company policy Book inventory purchase orders Ensure inventory reconciliation on a monthly basis Process supplier invoices and ensure accurate coding to cost centers Proper VAT booking Ad hoc reports as required

Strong organizational skills Ability to work under tight deadlines ERP experience (Odoo, Dynamics) Knowledgeable in maintaining accounting policies and procedures

Experience with

VAT filing  Experience &

Education:

A bachelor’s degree in accounting or higher
