Senior Accountant Jobs in Dubai at LEADER RELOCATIONS LLC
Senior Accountant with 5-7 years of accounting experience, preferably in the logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, moving, or relocation industry. The ideal candidate should be capable of leading the accounts team, managing day-to-day financial operations, and ensuring compliance with UAE regulations. Experience with Zoho Books is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the accounting team and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger activities.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts.
- Ensure timely invoicing, collection follow-ups, and payment processing.
- Handle VAT calculations, filing, and compliance with UAE regulations.
- Prepare payroll data and coordinate salary processing.
- Review and reconcile customer and supplier accounts.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities when required.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of accounting experience, preferably in the logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, moving, or relocation industry.
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Zoho Books (mandatory).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: AED6,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per month
