Senior Accountant Jobs in Ajman at SEANAV MARINE EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE CO LLC

1. Marketing:

Managing social media & google accounts, responding to client enquiries & complaints.
Developing marketing campaigns and promotional materials to attract new clients.
Coordinate marketing events, workshops to promote clinic services.
Collaborate with external partners such as Govt & Private Entities, social media influencers.

2. Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively.
Conduct daily follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

3. Sales Coordination:

Coordinate sales activities and strategies to meet sales targets for all departments.
Develop and implement sales plans and initiatives to drive revenue growth.
Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.

4. Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and marketing-related expenses.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for management review.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.

5. Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with the reception team, department staff, and other supporting staff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer experience.
Co-ordinating in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews along with clinic manager as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
