Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experiencedSenior Accountantto manage and oversee the financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial records, compliance with local and international accounting standards, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Oversee the general ledger and ensure accuracy in all financial reporting.
Conduct budget forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, VAT submissions, and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate and assist with internal and external audits.
Manage fixed asset register and depreciation schedules.
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
Monitor and report on financial metrics related to software, hardware, and licensing costs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CMA, preferred).
Minimum 3-5 years of accounting experience.
Proficient in accounting software.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and financial modeling.
