Title: Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing and statutory reporting
- Prepare and submit monthly regulatory reports including quarterly e-forms
- Develop monthly forecasting models and annual budgets, including cash flow projections
- Conduct detailed management analysis of Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet
- Coordinate with external auditors to ensure timely completion of financial audits
- Manage company funds and support profitability initiatives such as fixed deposit investments
- Liaise with banking partners to optimize financial costs and operational flexibility
- Supervise daily accounting operations ensuring accuracy and timely execution
- Monitor receivables and payables aging and ensure effective financial control
- Contribute to process improvements and implementation of best accounting practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 7 years of accounting experience
- Mandatory 5 years of experience within an insurance company or brokerage firm
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and regulatory compliance
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
