AFM Properties LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with UAE financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
Handle VAT filings and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations.
Conduct financial analysis and provide insights for business decisions.
Assist in auditing processes and liaise with external auditors.
Monitor cash flow, expenses, and overall financial performance.
Implement and improve accounting processes and policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of accounting experience (preferably in real estate or property management).
Strong knowledge of UAE VAT laws and financial reporting standards.
Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally, or similar).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
