We're seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team and achieve financial excellence across our organization.
Note: Saudi Citizens are preference.
Role
As Accountant, you'll oversee the financial operations, from budgeting and forecasting to financial reporting and compliance. Will work closely with senior leadership to provide strategic financial insights that shape business decisions and drive sustainable growth. This role offers the opportunity to lead financial initiatives, optimize processes, and mentor a talented finance team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial experience
- Strong proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills
- Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and reporting
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger operations
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Collaborate with department heads on financial planning and cost management
- Handling tasks with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions

الاشراف على العمليات المالية، بدءًا من إعداد الميزانية والتنبؤات وصولًا إلى إعداد التقارير المالية والامتثال. العمل عن كثب مع الإدارة العليا لتقديم رؤى مالية استراتيجية تُسهم في صياغة قرارات العمل ودفع عجلة النمو المستدام لإتاحة فرصة قيادة المبادرات المالية مع تحسين العمليات، مع توجيه فريق مالي متميز.
· المؤهلات
1. درجة البكالوريوس في المالية أو المحاسبة أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل الحصول على ماجستير إدارة أعمال أو شهادة محاسب قانوني معتمد)
2. خبرة مالية متقدمة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات
3. إتقان برامج المحاسبة المالية ومهارات متقدمة في برنامج Excel
4. سجل حافل في التخطيط المالي والتحليل وإعداد التقارير
5. مهارات تحليلية وحل المشكلات وتواصل ممتازة
· المسؤوليات
1. إعداد وإدارة الميزانية السنوية والتوقعات والنماذج المالية
2. إعداد التقارير المالية الشهرية والربع سنوية والسنوية لأصحاب العلاقة
3. الإشراف على عمليات الحسابات الدائنة والمدينة والحسابات العامة
4. ضمان الامتثال للوائح المالية والسياسات الداخلية
5. تحليل البيانات المالية لتحديد الاتجاهات والمخاطر والفرص
6. التعاون مع رؤساء الأقسام في التخطيط المالي وإدارة التكاليف
7. التعامل مع المدققين الخارجيين والبنوك والمؤسسات المالية
