Key Responsibilities
- Establish and implement accounting policies, procedures, and financial controls.
- Manage the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger activities.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
- Ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations, VAT requirements, and statutory reporting obligations.
- Support external audits and coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities.
- Assist with company setup activities, financial structuring, and process development.
- Monitor cash flow and provide financial insights to support business decisions.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and operational efficiency.
