What We Are Looking For
The Senior Account Manager will be running mid-size accounts, providing insights-driven campaigns, strengthening client & partner agency relationships, collaborating with cross-departmental teams, while managing a team.
The individual should understand the power of digital and social media and can think creatively to solve problems. The candidate requires aforward-thinkingability to identify digital and social trends and put these into practice for our clients.
The ideal candidate brings anentrepreneurial spiritto client work and develops new,creative solutionsto transform their clients’ digital practices with passion in afast-paced environment.
What To Do
To be responsible for the smooth running of key accounts and the production of its advertising & communications.
To build strong relationships and foster good team spirit with both clients and members of the agency team.
To play a pivotal role in the development of advertising and creative strategies.
To showleadershipand drive in thinking ofinnovative solutionsto business/strategic problems and inmerchandisingthe Agency’s services (particularly Brand Stewardship).
Key Responsibilities:
To be ultimately responsible for ensuring work is produced on time and within budget.
To assist other departments with forward planning on future projects.
To have a thorough working knowledge of all agency systems.
To have a thorough understanding of the client’s business and the major factor/s trends shaping their market(s).
To be the client’s port of call for all administrative issues.
To be the agency team’s first port of call for all questions relating to client issues.
To build relationships with clients based upon trust/mutual understanding.
To foresee any client issues/questions or internal resourcing issues before they arise.
To be the creative teams’ main day to day contact, providing direction on creative briefs and generating enthusiasm/trust from the team with which they work.
To be a sound judge of creative work and is able to coherently argue the case, for work being on or off brief.
To oversee the production of all campaigns produced.
