Senior 3D and Interior Designer Jobs in Khobar, Saudi Arabia at City Neon Arabia
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior 3D & Interior Designer to lead the conceptualization and execution of innovative and visually compelling event environments. This role involves designing bespoke event booths, exhibition stands, stage setups, and experiential spaces, ensuring they align with client objectives, brand identities, and functional requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both 3D spatial design and interior/event architecture, combined with a keen understanding of event flow, materials, production techniques, and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop creative concepts and 3D designs for event booths, exhibition stands, stage designs, lounges, and pop-up spaces.
• Translate client briefs into functional and aesthetic design solutions tailored for events and exhibitions.
• Create 3D visualizations, sketches, mood boards, floor plans, and detailed technical drawings using software such as 3ds Max, Sketch Up, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Collaborate with event planners, production managers, and fabricators to ensure designs are feasible and within budget/timeline constraints.
• Guide and mentor junior designers, reviewing their work for consistency, creativity, and quality.
• Attend client meetings and pitches to present design concepts and make revisions based on feedback.
• Research trends in experiential design, sustainable materials, and event technologies to continuously innovate.
• Oversee the on-site implementation of designs during the event build-up, ensuring high-quality execution.
• Coordinate with lighting, AV, signage, and branding teams for integrated environmental design.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in interior design, 3D Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in event or exhibition design, with a focus on booths, stages, and branded environments.
• Strong portfolio showcasing 3D event designs, stage setups, and immersive environments.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling/rendering software (e.g., 3ds Max, V-Ray, Sketch Up), AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong knowledge of spatial planning, material usage, structural understanding, and event safety standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client presentation skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for creativity, storytelling, and brand engagement through physical space.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with international brands or in large-scale event production.
• Familiarity with modular booth systems, AV/stage design, and interactive installations.
• Knowledge of sustainability practices in design and production.
