About The Role
This role is responsible for the delivery of all KPI’s relevant to the Airport Security Operations and Control Centers and implementing security policies, procedures, and protocols to mitigate potential risks pertaining to Aviation Security (AVSEC) operations.
Key Responsibilities
Strengthencollaborationwith stakeholders by building and maintaining strong long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
Implementcontinuous improvementinitiatives by establishing a framework forcontinuous improvementin security operations by regularly reviewing performance metrics, conducting post-incident analyses and asking feedback from stakeholders.
Enhance passenger experience while maintaining security; strive to balance robust security measures with positive passenger experience by streamlining security processes and minimizing wait times.
Ensure effective measurement of key performance indicators to ensure the effectiveness of security process and delivery.
Management of security contractors delivering AVSEC functions such as: primary screening, secondary screening, services to other airlines, etc., and contract-related roles and responsibilities, including development of operational processes, overseeing selection, performance, and compliance of security contractors to maintain high levels of security standards.
Conduct regular assessments to identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
Represent the airport in security-related meetings and working groups.
Serve as a focal point of contact forsenior leadershipon security matters, operational risk, and crisis response.
Oversee the development of security personnel to maintain a high level of proficiency and readiness.
Implement security measures to mitigate potential threats and vulnerabilities.
Monitor and evaluate security operations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

About You
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 6 years of job-related experience.
Understanding of airport and airline operations and their security requirements.
Command of English language.
Sound working knowledge of MS Office applications.
Ability to delegate work, set clear direction, and manage workflow.
Strongmentoring and coachingskills.
Ability to train and develop subordinates’ skills.
