Are you a strong security leader with the ability to drive operational excellence, workforce performance, client satisfaction, and business growth?
We are looking for an experienced Security Operations Manager to lead and oversee security operations across multiple sites in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage day-to-day security operations across assigned sites.
* Develop and implement operational strategies, SOPs, and security standards.
* Manage security teams, manpower planning, deployment, attendance, and performance.
* Ensure full compliance with company policies, client requirements, and Qatar regulations.
* Monitor operational KPIs, service quality, incidents, and corrective actions.
* Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
* Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and operational audits.
* Manage incidents, investigations, emergency response, and business continuity.
* Drive continuous improvement, cost efficiency, and operational effectiveness.
* Coach and develop security supervisors and frontline teams.
* Prepare operational reports, performance dashboards, and management updates.
