Financial Reporting:
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial results in accordance with IFRS.
Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
Advance Excel Skills required.
General Ledger Management:
Maintain and reconcile the general ledger accounts.
Perform month-end and year-end closing processes.
Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported.
Accounts Payable and Receivable:
Oversee the accounts payable and receivable functions.
Ensure timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections.
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable balances.
Payroll:
Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy of payroll records.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
Compliance and Auditing:
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Assist with internal and external audits, including the preparation of audit schedules and supporting documentation.
Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Tax Preparation:
Assist in the preparation of VAT & Corporate Tax preparation.
Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax documents.
Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.
Team Leadership and Development:
Provide guidance, training, and support to junior accounting staff.
Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
Process Improvement:
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Develop and update accounting policies and procedures.
Utilize accounting software and tools to streamline processes.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month

Accounting: 10 years (Required)
