Role Overview
We are hiring a disciplined and trustworthy Security Officer to manage all security operations inside our gold manufacturing facility. The candidate must ensure strict monitoring of staff movement, gold handling, and factory access.
Key Responsibilities
- Control entry and exit of staff, visitors, and vehicles.
- Monitor gold movement (raw gold, WIP, finished goods) as per company procedures.
- Maintain daily security logs, visitor registers, and incident reports.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and report any unusual activity.
- Conduct routine patrols inside and outside the factory.
- Ensure compliance with all security protocols and emergency procedures.
- Immediately report any security breach or suspicious behavior.
- Coordinate with factory management and production supervisors.
Required Experience
- 2–5 years experience as a Security Officer (factory or industrial environment preferred).
- Experience in high‑value or sensitive material environments is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of CCTV monitoring and access control systems.

Education
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Security training certification is an advantage.
