Required to join an international contractor working on oil and gas construction projects in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing all aspects of project security, ensuring the safety of personnel, assets, facilities, and operations while maintaining compliance with client, company, and local regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement project security plans, procedures, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Conduct security risk and threat assessments for project sites, offices, accommodation, and logistics operations.
- Manage site access control, guarding services, CCTV systems, and physical security measures.
- Liaise with client security teams, government authorities, law enforcement, and emergency services.
Applicants should meet the following criteria
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
10+ years security management experience, with at least 5 years supporting major EPC, oil and gas, energy, or industrial projects in the Middle East.
Demonstrated experience working on large international EPC projects.
Strong knowledge of security risk management, incident investigation, emergency response, and crisis management.
Experience managing contract security providers and working closely with multinational project teams.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
