Project Manager – Exhibition & Event
Obligations:
Offering stand/event room to possible exhibitors.
Preparation of event hall designs and activities programs such as workshops and demonstrations.
Researching appropriate locations and guaranteeing all needed equipment is available.
Seeking & safeguarding sponsorship.
Designing anything from online registration forms to flower setups.
Preparing insurance cover and ensuring legal, health & safety needs are adhered to.
Collaborating with catering services, stand developers & equipment hire.
Organizingparking facilities, security, first aid & catering.
Promoting the event & arranging the production of tickets, posters, brochures, and sales materials.
Monitoring the disassembly & removal of stands.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Arabic & English speaker.
Must possess excellent experience in a similar role within the events or event-based industry in Qatar.
Must have substantial qualifications in the same sector as a Project Manager.
Immediate joiners preferred.
