We are looking for an experienced IT Manager for a medical facility to oversee and manage our IT infrastructure, critical services, and network administration. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in IT systems, cloud and on-premises backup solutions, email system administration, and troubleshooting various IT-related issues. This role requires leadership skills to manage a team of engineers and ensure IT operations run smoothly while maintaining compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage IT infrastructure, network administration, and critical services.
Oversee on-premises and cloud backup monitoring and management.
Administer and troubleshoot email systems.
Lead and guide a team of IT engineers to resolve tickets within agreed SLAs.
Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server Operating Systems and RAID Configurations.
Perform server migrations (Windows Server 2012 to 2022).
Troubleshoot iOS & Mac-based products.
Provide strong support for Microsoft Outlook and Intune issues.
Manage and troubleshoot O365 administration.
Diagnose and resolve LAN/WAN & WiFi issues.
Implement and manage various backup technologies.
Administer Active Directory, GPO, DNS, and DHCP.
Configure and maintain firewalls and security rules.
Maintain IT asset management and documentation.
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers for IT-related requirements.
Serve as a liaison between management, users, and L1 support engineers.
Oversee work schedules and task allocation for L1 support engineers.
Investigate and report IT incidents.
Manage IT projects, change management processes, and reporting.
Ensure compliance with NABIDH, DHA & ADICS regulations.
Candidates with prior medical domain experience are preferred.
Qualifications & Certifications:
MCSA (Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate)
CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)
ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library)
Preferred (added advantage):
PRINCE or PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Knowledge of server administration, networking, security, and IT compliance standards.
Experience working in the medical or healthcare industry is a plus.

Pay: AED10,000.00 per month
