Key Responsibilities
â–ª Lead end-to-end Security Incident Response coordination with SOC and GBM Operations teams
â–ª Follow up on mitigation actions and confirm incident closure upon resolution
â–ª Consult on SOC alert triage, threat detection, severity classification, and escalation decisions
â–ª Consult on validation of security actions and customer communications for incidents
â–ª Drive and own Core Security Initiatives in alignment with GBM’s security strategy
â–ª Participate in Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly governance and service review meetings
â–ª Consult on Yearly VAPT findings reports and support remediation tracking
Requirements
â–ª 3–5 years of experience in cybersecurity or security operations
â–ª Hands-on experience with incident response in a Managed SOC / MSSP environment
â–ª Proficiency with SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, QRadar)
â–ª Working knowledge of EDR tools, network security, and common threat frameworks
â–ª Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills
â–ª Relevant certifications preferred: Security+, CEH, GCIH, or equivalent
â–ª Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Information Security, or related field

â–ª SOC Team (Kareem & Team) coordinated partner for monitoring, detection, and escalation
â–ª GBM SDM (Sudeesh) service delivery coordination and governance reviews
â–ª Head of IT Operations (Ajmal Ali) informed stakeholders of operational decisions
Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per month
