We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone calls, pitching our products/services, and closing sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a strong desire to meet and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
Handle objections and overcome resistance to generate sales.
Maintain a database of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize campaigns.
Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role is preferred.
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus.
