About The Role
The Administrative Executive will be responsible for providing essential support to our management and project teams, handling administrative tasks, managing communication, and maintaining office efficiency. This is a key role that contributes to the productivity and organization of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling meetings, and answering phones.
Manage calendars, arrange appointments, and coordinate meetings for executives and project managers.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
Assist in preparing property listings, maintaining records, and updating project files.
Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members to coordinate tasks and provide project updates.
Order office supplies and ensure that office equipment is properly maintained.
Ensure the office space is organized and functions efficiently.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is a plus.
Proven 5 years’ experience as an administrative assistant, preferably within the real estate
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
