Position: Secretary for CEO (Real Estate Experience)
Job Summary: We are looking for a highly organized and professional Secretary to the CEO with real estate industry experience. The successful candidate will support the CEO in managing administrative tasks, communication, and daily operations. Filipino candidates are most welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage CEO’s calendar, meetings, travel, and appointments.
Prepare professional reports, letters, presentations, and memos.
Handle internal and external communication on behalf of the CEO.
Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
Coordinate with departments for smooth workflow and task execution.
Assist in real estate documentation, client relations, and marketing coordination.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Prior experience as a secretary or Executive Assistant – Real estate background preferred.
Strong English communication skills (Arabic is a plus).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, CRM and office management tools.
Discretion, professionalism, and the ability to work under pressure.
