We are a professional Auto Car Care Center, committed to providing luxury Car service experiences to our clients in abu dhabi We are looking for a reliable and well-organized Secretary / Office Administrator to handle administrative tasks and support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage phone calls, emails, and client inquiries.
  • Prepare booking schedules and coordinate with drivers.
  • Maintain company records and documents.
  • Handle invoicing, receipts, and basic accounts.
  • Assist management in daily operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information.

Requirements:

  • Female candidate .
  • Previous experience in secretarial or administrative work
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office, email, booking software).
  • Well-presented, organized, and professional.

Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
